The Haven

"The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ. The space The flat is separated from the main residence and has its own independent access through a side gate allowing you to come and go as you please. The flat overlooks the sparkling swimming pool and palm trees in a resort-like environment. It has a brand new, modern kitchen and bathroom. The queen sized bed with its electric blanket ensure a cosy stay. Revere cycle air conditioning is fitted and unlimited fast NBN Wi-Fi internet is available at no cost. Outdoor setting alongside pool with shade umbrella. One minute walk to the beach. Two minute drive or 12 minute walk to Osborne railway station. 40 minutes to city by train. A large modern supermarket is located next to the Osborne railway station. Complimentary first morning breakfast and bottle of wine on arrival. Guest access Guests have free off-road parking in our driveway, access by a private side entry, swimming pool with outside table and chairs, sun lounges, undercover clothes line, barbecue and free unlimited NBN Wi-Fi internet. Other things to note Bacon, eggs, bread, condiments, cereal provided for first night. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided for stays up to 7 days. A cot, high chair and stroller are available at no extra cost. Complimentary wine on arrival. COVID Care To minimise risk from the COVID-19 virus the following steps have been put in place. 1. All bookings will have the day before and the day after blocked out to ensure no guest will be coming into the cottage on the same day that a guest is leaving the cottage. This will ensure a minimum of 24 hours between guests occupying the cottage. 2. A strict cleaning and disinfection regime, as recommended by accommodation managers, will be undertaken. 3. We encourage guests to adhere to recommended hygiene practices whilst occupying the cottage. Thank you for your cooperation.
