La Casetta - Dependance on the sea

"La Casetta" is one of the few properties that is just a few meters from the sea and has private access to it with free sunbeds and umbrellas on the terrace dedicated to guests, which is practically impossible to find in this particular period without the need for a reservation. Living in the patio will give you the impression of being on the deck of your ship and if you want to swim, you can walk a few steps and reach the sea without stress. The space "La Casetta" is a small, 25 square meter apartment ( fully recently renovated) that can accommodate 2 people and has a large garden full of flowers and a patio with panoramic views to the exclusive use of guests . The access to "La Casetta", outbuilding of a prestigious villa with private access to the sea, is via a flight of stairs that will lead you into a paradise. The attraction of the house is, without doubt, the patio and the garden overlooking the Marina Lobra, in the peaceful surrounding of the protected sea reserve 'Punta Campanella'. This beautiful natural scenery offers breathtaking views and sunsets on the islands of Ischia and Procida, the Vesuvius and the Vervece rock. For this peculiarity, "La Casetta" is the destination of so many honeymoon couples, anniversaries , promises of marriage and small marriages. The apartment has a new comfortable bed (160 x 190 cm.), a stone bathroom with a walk-in shower, a kitchen, flat-screen satellite TV, a safe - box and a lot of open space. The decor is refined and sophisticated. The kitchen is well equipped, it has everything you need to prepare delicious dishes. It overlooks the living room, is equipped with a gas stove with four burners, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee ( capsules not included. You'll find them in the flat) and a variety of other small appliances. The price indicated is offered free beach service on the private terrace dedicated to guests, with sun beds, umbrellas and tables. The sea is accessed by a private staircase shared with the other Guests of the property, which goes directly on the seafront. The property is located in a sunny and offers peace of mind. A few meters from the residence is a small yacht harbor of Massalubrense (Marina Lobra), where you can book boat tours to Capri, Amalfi and Positano, rent boats with and without sailor, enjoy the culinary delights of the Sorrentine Peninsula and enjoy the pleasant ambience of the village of fishermen. The latter, offers distinctive restaurants, tobacconist, bar, disco nearby. On July and August (ONLY ONE DAY A WEEK) disco event at the bar close with property. Massalubrense is in a strategic position to reach many places of interest: Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano are at few kilometers, Capri, Ischia and Procida easily reached by hydrofoil from Sorrento. Pompei, Herculaneum and the charming Vesuvius are connected perfectly with the Circumvesuviana train from Sorrento. The latter is only 6 km. (15 minutes drive), Positano is 12 km away. The residence is not suitable for children or people with walking difficulties. No pets allowed. The free private parking is located 300 m far from the property. Otherwise it is possible to park ,by payment, on municipal road near the property. How to reach the residence from Naples: BY CAR: Motorway A3 exit Castellammare di Stabia, continue towards Sorrento and then for Massalubrense. From Massalubrense head for the port of Marina Lobra. BY TRAIN: From the station of Naples Piazza Garibaldi (underground floor of the Central Station) take the train called Circumvesuviana to Sorrento. Continue by bus (Sita or EAV lines) up to Massalubrense center and then head for the Marina of Port Lobra. The price includes use of the patio, the use of the sea terrace with two chairs and an umbrella, bedding for the bed, kitchen and bath, wi - fi, water, electricity and gas, barbecue, Nespresso, TV. SAT, safe deposit box. The apartment is not recommended for people with walking difficulties. Guest access My guests will have access to the patio, which is for their exclusive use. The patio is equipped with a table and 4 armchairs, two relaxing sunbeds. Going down 3 steps, another relaxation corner with two sunbeds and a hammock. From the relaxation corner you can access another covered patio equipped with a small table and four comfortable armchairs. A barbecue and a spectacular view. The terrace overlooking the sea with the lawn is for the use of guests and can be used by a maximum of 4 people. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. Other things to note The property slopes from the church square to the sea and is accessible via flights of stairs. Not suitable for people with limited mobility At the time of check-in, guests must provide valid identification documents. The use of sun loungers, umbrellas and all amenities is the responsibility of the guests; compensation will be required for any damage due to negligence.
