Cohouse Maggiore 2 - Room pvt bathroom

Hi, we're Cohouse Maggiore, our apartment is near square Porta Maggiore, well connected by any means of transport. We offer a private room with bathroom inside. WiFi- Smart TV 32" you can use your Netflix, Amazon Dazn and other services. We want clean, responsible guests, respectin our house rules. :) No food or eatin inside the room, guests must use the kitchen and always keep it clean. For any information please send us a message. The space This room is very spacious and bright, even the bathroom has its own window. We provide sheets, duvets WE DON'T PROVIDE towels or shower towels. Absolutely forbidden to bring food inside the room, you have to use of the kitchen shared with other guests where you storage food, cook it and eat. Will be guest's job to keep the kitchen always clean and tidy every time it is used. Guests must also DAILY throw the garbage in the appropriate containers placed under the house. IT WILL BE OUR JOB TO CLEAN THE ROOMS AND BATHROOMS EVERY CHECK-IN AND WEEKLY, ALSO BEDSHEETS WILL BE CHANGED EVERY TIME. GUESTS MUST NEVER CLEAN THE ROOMS AND BATHROOMS We want clean guests, responsible and respectin the house rules, to ensure a good coexistence between guests. People not welcome, who create issues to other guests and to us will be advised and then we will consider to ask to leave the apartment. Other things to note Kitchen is shared so you have to keep clean and order and daily trash garbage. We clean the rooms and bathrooms every check-in and weekly, also bedsheets will be changed every cleanings.
