This is a 3-storey residential building. The 1st floor is parking space and an office. The 2nd floor is the owner’s house. The Penthouse is on the 3rd floor. It has 3 bedrooms with individual air conditioners and 3 full bathrooms with water heaters. The living, dining and kitchen are one big room. It has also a huge veranda with a nice view of the ricefields. It is suitable for a big group of up to 12 people. However, it can also be booked per bedroom if only 2-4 guests with different rate. The space Suitable for balikbayans who are accommodating their relatives during their stay in Tabuk. Suitable for long term lease from government, non-government organizations or private companies for their office or staff housing. Suitable for medium sized groups for team building, reunions or just bondings wherein they can cook their food. Small groups of 2-4 people are also welcomed and a different rate per room is applied Guest access The guest can access the parking on the 1st floor, the rented space on the 3rd floor and the roof deck. Other things to note Our place is very secured with gate and Surveilance camera. Guests with wheelchairs can also use our place. There is a ramp from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. From the 2nd floor to 3rd floor, the host will assist to carry. All doors and bathrooms on the 3rd floor are wheelchair accessible.
