Room in an old building apartment with bathroom and toilet. Subway connection (stop dobelstr.) right outside the door. The apartment is located in a rear building (poorly lit in the evening) on a busy main road. Due to the rear building situation, the street is not so much of a factor, but there is the train connection :-). There are 4 subway lines in front of the door - all via Schlossplatz and the main train station (four stops). The apartment is not bookable for filming and photo settings. The space The accommodation is located in a rear building on the ground floor without an elevator (from Friday to Saturday there may be party noise from the surrounding houses). The living room itself is decorated with a lot of love and details - is of course a matter of taste ;-).... - the place of residence is okay but especially interesting due to the great connection in all directions. In your room there is a small TV and a desk for free use. It's best if you can feel at home with me. Guest access w-lan, Bathroom and toilet are available for use . Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Other things to note Towels, bed linen, shampoo, hairdryer...everything necessary available.
