Nice bedroom bed 90 cm, bathroom and toilet either private or for both bedrooms (2-person bedroom opposite). For a stay of a few nights, I offer a full breakfast for 4 euros per person if you wish (to be specified upon arrival). For longer stays, fridge, microwave, kettle, and a brand new kitchen dedicated to both AIRBNB bedrooms. The house is a 15-minute walk from the UTT and IUT, and a short walk from the hospital.
