Nina's Room with breakfast

Comfortable room. A 90 cm bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Lots of books and the kitchen is all ready. The bathroom is to be shared with other guests. A real proximity in the house with a very comfortable autonomy. There is no air conditioning in the room, however a fan cools it, Breakfast is included in the room price ;) The space Our house is quiet, being very close to the city center (20-minute walk) or the train station (same travel time). The city bus has a stop 100 meters away. Not to mention the bus station, right next to the SNCF train station, for various excursions (sea or mountain) Some tickets will only cost you €1 one way and €1 return. A fan is installed in each room. A general air conditioner cools all the rooms on the landing, there is no air conditioner in the rooms. Guest access Our guests can access the whole house. There is a refrigerator to leave fresh products. However, the kitchen is unavailable. The bathroom is to be shared between guests. We lend bicycles. During your stay We love cultural exchanges and enjoy spending time together in the morning at breakfast. We speak Spanish and English, and a little Italian.
