A double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a wardrobe awaits you. The kitchen may be small, but it is equipped with everything. From the bed or the sitting area with table and two chairs, the flat screen TV invites you to end the day comfortably. The modern bathroom has a toilet/shower. In the basement, in the freely accessible area, the coffee machine will keep you awake and the snack machine happy. A washing machine and dryer ensure your well-being. The kitchen may be small but is equipped with everything you need for survival (small fridge freezer, sink, microwave, crockery and cutlery for 2 people, portable induction hob, pan and pot, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and mini -Oven). A washing machine and dryer ensure your well-being. Guest access Coming in / Check-in ...: You should be able to arrive relaxed. Since we do NOT have a reception anyway, you do not have to worry about keeping to the latest possible arrival times. Important! You must check in online yourself and the process is as follows: Step 1 We ask you to fill out the legally required registration form at least one day before your arrival! ATTENTION: without a completed registration form, step 2 will not be carried out! Step 2 On the day of arrival, you will receive our check-in email at 2:30 p.m., provided the registration form has been filled out. You can check your details again and then please check in online. ATTENTION: without online check-in you will not receive any access codes! Please note this important requirement. Step 3 Checked in successfully? You will then receive your personal access codes in a separate email. Parking…: Parking is chargeable from Monday to Friday (8 a.m. - 8 p.m.) and Saturday (8 a.m. - 4 p.m.) (€ 1,50 per hour). Parking is free from 8 p.m. or 4 p.m. (Saturday) to 8 a.m. There is space for 4 parking spaces on our property. These parking spaces are available to all hotel guests free of charge (reservation is not possible). Other things to note It is strictly forbidden to park bicycles in the house (fire protection). The bikes can be hooked up across the street. Numerous bike racks are available there free of charge. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Pets (dogs) are welcome and we charge a one-time fee of € 30 per dog and stay.
