Description

Situated on a working farm in the heart of Highland Perthshire, Burnside Lodge is a well equipped, comfortable and cosy log cabin built in the traditional Norwegian style with a turf roof, a log burning stove and an expansive deck. The lodge has a view of Ben Vrackie and overlooks a burn running through the garden to the River Garry. It is ideally placed for retreat and relaxation or active exploration of Scotland, and is in “Big Tree Country” on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park. The space There are 2 bedrooms (a double and a bunk bed). The kitchen is fully equipped including all the cooking utensils and pots/pans required and washing machine, there is a comfortable sitting/ dining area with a wood burning stove ( logs provided) and other electric heaters throughout the cabin. The lodge has its own Wi-fi, a TV/DVD and Bluetooth sound system with a selection of book/ DVDs available, the wet room has a powerful hot shower.
