Either way it is easy access to the front door with automatic path lights. The key lockbox is easily availably as described in the check in details. The annex is built on the side of our house it has its own front & rear doors. Note The front entrance door is approx. 30 ins wide for easy access & with grab rails. It is completely private. but we are only next door to help or advise if required which we are happy to do. The entrance You are welcome to enjoy the rear garden which is through the shared conservatory and to also use of the summerhouse. Sleeping arrangements! A double bed also as required 2 extra fold-up single beds. & a cot which can be placed in the annexe or in the conservatory as can be seen in our reviews all works well. The kitchen is well equipped - note it has a mini oven with 2 hobs, and all the usual pots & pans, cutlery, plates etc. The En-suit contains grabrails by the door in the shower/& toilet area. A washing M/c is provided. A welcome pack is usual supplied to include: cereals eggs bread preserves tea coffee milk etc. We follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, Guest access Bus stops are at the end of our road 2/3 minutes' walk. The busses are for the main areas Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Duxford IWM, etc. Good access to Cambridge city center by Babraham Park & Ride Also, private buses go to the Sangera center, Granta park, Chesterford park. We are the next village to Babraham Institute which is walkable or cycle. We have very good cycle paths to many areas including Addenbrooks, Cambridge, sanger center. Train Stations at Whittlesford and Shelford very easy access by cycle or car. Other things to note At the top end of our road, it is open to lovely countryside / farmland fields & woods. Good shopping 4 minute walk away. Also great restaurants.
