The space The space is a 35sqm studio and another 15sqm terrace. Entire apartment fully equipped at the price of a room. It is located on the mezzanine floor on a main road. What makes it unique is the wonderful sun that bathes the studio and the beautiful terrace. The AA+ double glazing as well as the electric blinds ensure perfect sound and thermal insulation. The decoration is the result of the love I want to convey through the wonderful colors to you. Guest access The studio is located just before the traffic lights of KON. KARAMANLI and VOULGARI Avenues on the first floor, it has double glazed energy windows and the Voulgari stop is very close to the house. From the Voulgari stop you can take bus 31 and get off at the center or continue to the MACEDONIA bus station. You can take bus 2K to go to the station or take it from the opposite stop and go to IKEA and from there with the local bus 79 to the airport. As well as the N.01N night bus after 12:00 pm comes from the center and passes by the Voulgari stop to go to the airport. You can take bus 36 to go to the Halkidiki bus station and from there to one of the beautiful beaches of Halkidiki for a refreshing swim....... You can go on a trip to the beautiful Edessa, Naoussa, Veria, Katerini, Drama, Kavala, etc. There are two ways to get to the apartment. One: A taxi from the airport will get you here in ten minutes, costing approximately 15 euros depending on traffic Two: Bus no. 79, buy a 1.20 ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop, this bus terminates at IKEA shopping center, from there you must take bus no. 2 using the same ticket and get off at Voulgari stop, there is a P.A. system on the bus announcing all stops also a digital display. The time needed to get to the apartment using this method can vary from 30 minutes to 50 minutes maximum. As you exit the bus, cross the road and find L. K.
