Recently renovated family friendly and cosy three room apartment on the ground floor of old classy house. Next to the main street and close (20 min walk) to the city centre. Public parking (payable Mon-Fri) and transportation (bus&bicycle) are next to the house, so are market store, restaurant and coffee bar. City center, Tivoli Park, Technology Park, swimming pool Kolezija and Zoo are 15min walking distance. The space Our 3 room apartment with open space kitchen/dining room, TV room, bathroom and two bedrooms is located on the ground floor of a classy old building. The 1st bedroom contains 1 double bed (160x200 cm) plus writing desk and wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed (160x200 cm) and two wardrobes. We also have a baby cot if needed. Cosy living room with digital TV offers you to rest and in other gathering room you can spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for preparing meals like induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, Illy coffeemaker, toaster and electric kettle, pots and pans, tableware and cutlery. Sugar, salt, coffee are also provided. Bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet including toilet paper, soap and hair dryer. As well as washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment is cleaned professionally before your arrival. Clean linen and towels are provided. WIFI internet access is free, fast and unlimited. It is a very bright apartment with big windows.
