The space The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) in the old town of Palermo. Upon entering, a large open space of about 50 square meters appears with a mezzanine for a pleasant place to rest. Inside the apartment is a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment to make dishes and breakfasts. There is also a bathroom with a shower tray. Franco (the host), lives in the house next door and will be happy to welcome you to the house, which consists of a large bright living room embellished with various comforts (a masonry sofa, a dining table, a TV). The house has a kitchen at your disposal for any needs, plus a charming patio embellished with plants, barbecues, a table, and chairs to sit and sunbathe. If necessary, a bed can be added upon request. The completely renovated building (without an elevator) can offer free parking in the adjacent square or, for a fee, private garages with day-and-night service. Guest access Guests will be welcomed and given a set of keys for complete privacy and security, plus a key to the beautiful patio.
