Longmeadows Lodge is an elegant character house, originally part of a Rectory, with plenty of outdoor space. Rooms are generously proportioned and there is parking for 3 cars at the back of the house. There are four bedrooms - the fourth is above a second kitchen and living space for guests who want their own space. The countryside all around is delightful, with easy access to the Jurassic Coast and Dartmoor. The space The house has four bedrooms that can sleep 8 people. In addition, there are two sofa beds, one in the TV Room and another on an upstairs landing. The property benefits from two separate kitchens, and three living spaces, plenty of room for guests to spread out! The garden is flat and mostly to the front of the house and has a trampoline. To the side of the house is a private patio area which can be accessed from one of the living spaces through french doors. The house is nestled in amongst neighbours in a hamlet, and a good base for exploring East Devon and beyond, being only half an hour from the Coast, Exeter and the East side of Dartmoor. Guest access Guests can access the whole house. Other things to note We have a rule to avoid parking at the front of the house (which has a shared driveway and turning circle) so that we and our immediate neighbours can enjoy unobstructed views of our gardens.
