A spacious living room with sofa, two additional single beds and a fully equipped kitchen-living room awaits you – perfect for cooking, eating and ending the evening together. The separate bedroom with two comfortable single beds ensures a good night's sleep. In the modern bathroom you will find a shower, a sink with mirror and a toilet – everything you need for a pleasant stay. For extra comfort, a washing machine and dryer are available. The entire property is equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters – so you can enjoy a cozy living feeling at any time of the year. ✅ Outside, right next to the garage, there is a cozy smoking area with table and chairs as well as the possibility of garbage disposal.
