70m² house on two levels 5 min from Poitiers city center and 20 min from Futuroscope. Our house is adjoining and has a fully fenced 230m² garden where is a small outdoor pool about 40cm deep. The space Terraced house located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with a garden of 230m² where you will find a terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, sunbathing, lawn and flower beds. Guest access Both levels of the house are accessible to the guests, as well as the garden. Only the cellar and garden hut are not accessible. Other things to note Non-smoking house. We have a small cat who will be there. No pets allowed. For the peace and quiet of the neighbors, the house is not planned for parties;-) One bed is 140 x 190 in size and the other is 160 x 200. Linens and linens can be provided extra. Ask us at the time of a reservation. Check-in time is 5pm, but if we are available to welcome you before that will be a pleasure! Check-out time is set at 11am, if the house is not rented afterwards you can leave later too!
