Self check in available Other things to note You are living in an apartment style housing within a home, parking is always available and easy. There is space directly in front of the listing for this unit for unloading your luggage or shopping, don’t stay there too long though (depending on the ranger they may fine you. To park- is easy the unlimited parking is ~25m on the opposite side of the road. Near the big yellow duck crossing sign. Just check the parking signs and you’re all good. If you need to leave your car parked longer than a day or two without moving- ask the host (we may have a resident permit available). It is a safe quiet neighbourhood. There is a great walking track around the Lake in front of the house it is 3.5 km and takes about 40 minutes. This is an annexed part of a family home. As such normal home noises will be heard as if in a private room of a larger house (because in essence you are it’s just a whole apartment!) There is another Airbnb apartment (below) and a family home (above) in the same structure. You have the entire guest wing in level 2.(of three) To make our nightly rates fair for solo travellers our advertised rate is discounted and based on a single occupancy, a nominal amenity and utility amount is added for a second guest. We prefer this rather than charging everyone a flat two guest rate, to keep it always at the best, fairest rate. Make sure you book for the right guest number. There are 2 little cats on the property that roam 7am to Noon in the gardens. The area is lakelands and is subject to migratory cockatoos (and their noises) and seasonal midges insects and mosquitos . (we provide coils and spray) The apartment is styled in a colourful modern style, its is a 15 year old building with those quirks. There is 7 steps up to the little patio from street level with a handrail and automatic light in request (as part of our security system) Heating and Cooling should only be used when inside with doors and windows closed.
