In a stone village house, Cottage for 4 people, ideal for 1 or 2 couples (children welcome from 16 years of age) In a charming garden behind the house, there is a private pool accessible from June to August until 5:00 p.m. (reserved for the owners after 5:00 p.m.)... but flexible, upon request... The 6.20 m x 2.20 m pool is just perfect for a couple... The space Village house with character. One step to access the vacation rental’s courtyard, and 2 stone steps to access the sleeping area, where one of the 2 double bedrooms and its bathroom are located, clearly separated from the living room. The other double bedroom, which is pleasant and private (with shower and toilet), is on the ground floor, opens onto the cottage’s courtyard. Be together with each other's privacy... for a successful stay! If there is a couple and a single person, possibility of using, rather than the bedroom in the courtyard of the cottage, the 3rd room of the cottage with 1 single bed, in this case, sharing the bathroom with bathtub. According to your choice... but 4 people in all maximum... Guests can enjoy meals in the private, shaded courtyard in front of the cottage. Authenticity of an 18th century stone house, with very thick walls, where you can feel good. Guest access Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m. Other things to note The area has pretty villages (stone houses),many summer tours organized by the OTs, wineries , river nooks for swimming ,and hiking trails. We are in the heart of the Côtes du Rhône region (with numerous wineries), 30 minutes from Avignon and its famous festival in July (easy access, large parking lot at the entrance to Avignon), 20–30 minutes from various river swimming spots, 45 minutes from Nîmes-la-Romaine, 20 minutes from Pont du Gard and its attractions, 20 minutes from Uzès and its market, just over an hour from the Camargue and the Cévennes, and much more! Pleasant walks in mid-season, suitable for picnics, on foot from the cottage, such as 2 hours away, the oppidum of Gaujac, so well preserved... and free!
