Hello and welcome to your home in Seville! This cosy and wonderful flat with capacity for 2 guests, consists of 1 bedroom and has a small inner courtyard which is ideal for taking a break. It is located next to the wall that surrounded the historic centre of the city, in the district of San Julián next to the Macarena, undoubtedly one of the places with more personality and charm of the city. Happy stay! The space The flat has a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room, modern and cosy, there is a double sofa bed (126cm bed). From the living room there is access to a small patio with a table and chairs. The bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and a cot can be added on request. There is air conditioning and heating radiators in the living room and bedroom. The flat is equipped with bed linen and towels, as well as 32" TV, coffee machine and coffee included, toaster, juice squeezer, blender, microwave... Additional cleaning available but not included in the price. It is the ideal accommodation to relax and enjoy the city life at the same time, as it is located in the Old Town, just a few steps away from the other main historical and interesting places in Seville, such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, Torre del Oro, etc. It is located in the Old Town, one of the largest in Europe. The centre of Seville is characterised not only by its impressive monuments, but also by the beauty of its streets and the liveliness of its people. The flat is very close to the Alameda de Hércules, a modern leisure boulevard in the city centre where you can find a multitude of restaurants, bars and a wide range of cultural activities. Although it belongs to the historic centre, it is a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral. This is because the centre in Seville is one of the largest in Europe.
