Kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, double induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Bathroom with toilet, fan heater, hair dryer. + A luggage storage area + A laundry room: washing machine, dryer. A second attic bedroom, 160 x 200 bed, 190 x 70 slatted armchair bed for a child, folding crib, TV, mobile air conditioning, safety gate, zen atmosphere and decor. No noise disturbance between the two accommodations.
