Then take advantage of this clean, spacious, serene space located on the 2nd floor of a secure apartment building. Mawson Lakes is a vibrant mini community where you will find many local eateries, grocery stores, petrol station, train station, basketball courts, tennis courts, walking and bike paths all within a 5 minute walk. The space - 2 Bedrooms with queen beds - 1 kitchen/lounge - European Laundry (w washing machine) - secure undercover car park (designated spot) - dishwasher - fully furnished inc kitchen appliances - great location in central Mawson Lakes - 4 min walk to train station - balcony - Wi-Fi - Lift access to level 2 of building - Stairwell access - Rubbish chute next to stairwell - Walking distance to local lakeside eateries & Woolies We strictly adhere to the cancellation policy, and strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any costs for unexpected cancellations. Both bedrooms are internal with no windows to natural light. Guest access Whole 2 bedroom apartment is for use. Other things to note - you will be responsible for any fees/charges for fire dept call out, should you trigger the smoke alarm. - you will be charged $300 to replace FOB key and/or Garage key should either be damaged or lost. - No smoking inside. - CHECK IN between 1pm and 8pm, unless otherwise agreed. - Please note, this is not a hotel & should be treated as you would your home. - It’s expected that dishes and rubbish are taken care of prior to your check out. This helps keep my $0 cleaning fee in place. Ample amenities are provided generally for 14 day and less stays. Long term stays over 14 days will require guest to continue with toilet paper/hygiene/cleaning/general living requirements etc. Meet up Required for keys. As the apartment is fully secure with no public access, I will need to meet you out front of the apartment to give you the keys. Generally I will reach out 2 days prior to arrival to confirm an expected arrival time, however please feel free to message me earlier if you have this info available.
