Family Friendly Rotorua

The private self-contained unit is in the quiet and safe neighborhood of Lynmore, Rotorua and on the doorstep to the mountain bike and walking trails of Whakarewarewa/redwood forest. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi and Netflix. The accommodation is central to the main attractions and the center of Rotorua is a 5 minute car ride away. Check-in is 5pm during the week, and 2pm on a weekend. We can usually accommodate early check in during the school holidays. The space Relax, open the doors onto the deck and enjoy listening to the bird calls in this cozy but spacious self-contained unit. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything you should need for feeding the whanau. There is a washing machine in the bathroom and drying racks are also provided. The children will be entertained with the books, toys, and games that are stored underneath the beds, as well as Netflix and unlimited wifi. The bedroom is also very roomy. We can assemble a toddler bed and/or portable cot in the bedroom if requested. Guest access The flat is self-contained with its own entrance so guests have the entire place to themselves. The accommodation looks onto the large garden. If you choose to use the garden and play equipment including the flying fox it is at your own risk. Other things to note There is a house above, so you may possibly hear some footsteps and noise during the daytime. The children who live above are happy to share their garden, toys, and playground with you.
