The Bungalow studio offers a lite & open indoor space with vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors. The studio has a new queen memory foam bed, both soft & firm pillows and high quality linens. Ample closet area for hanging clothes and a tall useful dresser. The kitchen offers an over-sized hammered copper sink, induction two burner cook top, microwave & convection oven combination, toaster, full size refrigerator and BONUS euro-style washer/dryer combo. Open shelving and a generous pantry round out a fully equipped kitchen. Dining indoors or alfresco offers bamboo, canyon and nature views. Versatile counter space for dining or working. A soft leather chair to sink into while enjoying your favorite book or TV shows. The Bungalow bathroom features a copper sink and oil rubbed bronze finishes. The shower offers adjustable massaging shower head and subway tiled walls. The courtyard is a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine - all while taking in the bamboo and canyon views. The Bungalow is an independent private studio including a full kitchen and bathroom. The best way to experience Laguna and Bluebird Canyon are by walking. The town offers complimentary on-demand shuttle service all over town. Additionally there is year round trolley service available along Coast Highway (10 minute walk) to whisk you to North Laguna, South Laguna or further to Salt Creek beach & the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel. The Bungalow studio and adjacent courtyard areas are for your enjoyment. All other grounds are for the use of the main house. Parking is always available on our street. Bluebird Canyon is an incredible neighborhood within 10 minutes walking distance to canyon trails, tennis courts, incredible shops, art galleries, restaurants and of course world class beaches. We are a handful of homes from Laguna's best park (Bluebird Park). The park offers a large sunny grass area and shady BBQ area. Homes & gardens in the area are all unique and a treat to stroll by. We are adjacent to the HIP district as well as a 25 minute stroll to downtown and Main Beach. We offer a Welcome Binder with many locals tips for your stay. The best way to experience Laguna and Bluebird Canyon is by walking. Free on-demand local car service with stops all around town newly offered courtesy of the city of Laguna Beach. Additionally, free city trolley along Coast Highway (10 minute walk) servicing North Laguna, South Laguna and Laguna Canyon. The Bungalow has a shared secured entry gate from the street. The property is on an open canyon with a lot of wildlife. It is also not safe for pets or service animals.
