Large family house decorated in simple local greek style on a 30 acres private hill surrounded by the sea. Access to the sea is 5 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk within the property. Staff of 3 for cooking (breakfast, lunch and diner), cleaning, food shopping, 6 days a week. Situated on the mainland, it overlooks the island of Poros with a magnificent 180° view on the sea (from sunrise to sunset). The infinity pool is facing west and you can enjoy the sunset on the Saronic sea. The space There are three buildings, the main house with 5 bedrooms and a living room, an old shepherd house with one large bedroom and the pool house with a twin bedroom on the lower floor. Each bedroom has its own bath or shower. Total number of guests excluding infants is 12. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool house is equipped with a full bar, home cinema (outside or inside) for a cinema paradisio experience, there are 2 expresso machines and a Nespresso in the shepherd house for your morning coffees, two weber gaz barbecue (pool house and main house). The infinity pool is 17 meters long. Towels and lounges are available. Internet is by satellite with whole house coverage. There is a Sonos sound system in each bedroom and living room, sat TV with international channels, and a Bose sound system by the pool ideal for parties ! Guest access The whole property Other things to note Soula and Yannis will help you during your stay, they will shop and cook breakfast lunch and diner 6/7. A maid will come 5 days a week. Landry service to be arranged with her. First diner and wine is on us, with the delicious and now famous "lemon chicken"... food shopping can be arranged when you arrive depending on your wishes.
