A beautiful, modern, self-contained, 2nd floor apartment located a stones throw from St Annes town centre. If you are looking to explore the beach, visit the historic Royal Lytham golf course or take a trip to nearby Blackpool then this is the place for you. St Annes centre boasts fantastic transport routes with both buses and a train station to take you directly to many of the Blackpool attractions. The space The self contained apartment benefits from a spacious entrance hall complete with desk space. Off the hallway is the lounge/kitchen where amenities include a 32” TV , electric fire and all kitchen essentials. The stylish sofa in the lounge area easily converts into a double bed. The bathroom, again located off the main hallway, is modern with a spacious shower cubicle. The cosy main bedroom, across from the bathroom, is beautifully decorated with a luxurious king size bed and 32” TV. Guest access Self contained 2nd floor apartment. Other things to note Free wifi is included. Free on Street parking available. I am happy to make guests with dogs welcome as long as I am aware you intend to bring a pet with you. I do however charge a £15 cleaning fee which covers extra time spent cleaning after your departure. This is payable on arrival.
