The 51 sqm beachfront apartment "Baltic Sea" is located in a villa built around 1905 on the beautiful Wilhelmstraße in Sellin. This is characterized by classic spa architecture and runs directly to the famous pier and the fine sandy main beach. The second, kilometer-long south beach is also just around the corner. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people and has a fantastic conservatory with afternoon and evening sun. The space The apartment is on the back, so quietly located and fully equipped with kitchen, dishes, Wi-Fi, TV, shower room and separate toilet. This includes a private parking space as well as washing machine and drying in the house. Guest access The complete apartment with kitchen-living room, conservatory, bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet is rented. Other things to note Laundry packages each include fresh bed linen, hand towels, bath and kitchen towels, as well as a shower mat. A children's bed and high chair can be made available free of charge on request. Pets are also charged at 40,- euro per stay.
