SC Galle with 25m Pool and Kitchen / Loft 2

The quietly located SC Galle is 3km from Galle Fort with excellent views. The loft is 70sqm in size and has an open kitchen with counter, bed with top mattress, mosquito net, A/C (usually not necessary) fan, couch, etc. The bathroom with bathtub is spacious. The 25 m pool and fitnessroom are free from 7a.m- 8p.m. The price is only valid for arrivals together, max. 2 people. Scooter rental $5/day. Own unlimited WIFI with a speed of 2 to 8 Mbps selectable. Ideal for business/home office. The space The property is situated on a hill, wherever the wind blows from the sea, it is on average cooler than in the valley and there is no river running nearby (few mosquitoes). Therefore, 95% of the time the air conditioning is not necessary. No main road and no train traffic are on the property which could disturb the peace. Walls are thick and open windows have insect screens. Mosquitoes and other insects stay away and fresh air still comes into the room. 95% of our guests never ask for the air conditioner and sleep wonderfully. You can save a lot of money and do something good for the environment. Our accommodation offers a large pool 6 x 25 meters competition lanes and a fitnessroom. A terrace with an all-round view that is second to none. It's rented privately, is very clean, quiet, simple and functional. It is very comfortable and leaves nothing to be desired and accessible everywhere. The view is unique, so nothing stands in the way of dreaming and relaxing. Guest access On request, the roof terrace with an impressive all-round view can be used. Guests are welcome to relax, swim or even learn to swim in our pool. Everything is possible. Use of the pool and fitnessroom are free! The terrace with dining table and chairs and the garden can be used. Other things to note Water and gas is available free of charge. Electricity meter is available, will be charged extra with $0,20/kWh. 20L drinking water bottle with dispenser is provided for $3. A private modem/router is provided for a fast internet connection. There are unlimited connections for 7 days 2 Mbps/ $4 or 4 Mbps/ $7 or 8 Mbps/ $10 There are unlimited connections for 30 days 2 Mbps/ $12 or 4 Mbps/ $22 or 8 Mbps/ $32. WiFi of 10 GB/ 14 days is provided free of charge for easy browsing. This is not suitable for business activities. If this is used up beforehand, an additional 10 GB/ 14 days/$1,50 or unlimited connections (see above) can be booked additionally. The bed linen/clothes/pillowcases and towels are changed weekly free of charge. Cleaning service is available weekly by arrangement for $10. The cleaning time is approx. 2 hours. For long-term stays of more than a month, cleaning will/must be carried out by me after 1 month at the latest after consultation and costs $10 extra. The loft must be left when cleaning. If you want to clean yourself, brooms, buckets, rags, etc. are available in the loft.
