Casa Rosa Blu: perfect for families has a shared pool, seaview and can host up to 5 people. This small villa is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday by the sea. It is located just 1600 metres from a wonderful sandy beach Li Cossi which is one of the most beautiful and fascinating of Sardinia. Moreover, there are several small bays in 800 meters from the house where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe. The space Casa Rosa Blu is a family holiday homemaking part of five villas constructed in typical Sardinian style and located in a unique position over the sea. The house can accommodate maximum five people and consists of 2 floors: the first floor has got a living room with a sofa, a modern kitchen and a big terrace with sea view and grill; The ground floor has two sleeping rooms (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds), bathroom and a second spacious terrace which opens to the shared pool, where you will find chaise-longue for sunbathing and an outdoor shower. The villa has magnificent sea views and spacious outside area, perfect for eating outside or for a barbecue with your family or friends. The Mediterranean vegetation surrounds the whole area permitting you to enjoy its natural scents of rosemary, juniper, helichrysum and corbezzolo (strawberry tree). Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. To be paid at check-in: - Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Any pending balance required. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the swimming pool are subject to changes depending on scheduled maintenance, weather conditions, and approval by the property owners. For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins.
