The house is a 6-minute walk from the beach and a 3-minute walk from the village center and is furnished for 2 to 6 people. On the ground floor are the large living-dining area with comfortable sofa bed, the well-equipped, open kitchen, balcony and porch. On the south side of the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with original shower/toilet en suite. Upstairs is the second bedroom with shower/toilet and a large terrace. The space The 30 sqm living room has a fully equipped kitchen with 5-burner gas stove, oven, hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine. You will find a dining table with chairs, high chair (Tripp-Trapp), a comfortable sofa bed (160 x 200 bed for 2 people), games, books, petanque balls, TV, air conditioning, heating, etc. From the living room you have access to the 18 sqm veranda and the 9 sqm balcony with sea view. Bedrooms: On the ground floor there is a bedroom (17 sqm) with a 140 x 190 bed for 2 people and an original, open bathroom en suite with shower/toilet. The knee-deep shower, cast from concrete, can also be used for refreshing foot baths, for example. You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, children's travel cot and plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobe. Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom (32 sqm) with 160 x 200 bed for 2 people, shower/toilet en suite and access to the 16 sqm balcony with a fantastic view over the entire bay. Beautiful sunrises and romantic sunsets accompany you throughout your stay. The house is located on the slope, faces north and east and is surrounded by a small garden. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. You can park your car for free in the public parking lot below the house (vehicles up to 1.90 in height). During the summer months, the weekly market takes place here, with fresh products and specialties from the region. Guest access Our guests can access all the spaces on the ground and upper floors.
