Ty Bach Twt in Snowdonia National Park

Ty Bach Twt is a private annex in Snowdonia National Park with its own parking, raised decked area with mountain views, garden furniture and gas BBQ that can be used during your stay. There are numerous footpaths directly from the property, mountain biking and nearby riding stables. There is a village pub and shop and the ever popular Betws-y-Coed is only 4 miles away. Snowdon and Zip World are approximately 30 minutes drive. Go Below and Conwy Falls are close by. The space The annex is a very large en-suite room, separate to the house, with its own entrance, decked garden area with furniture (and views!), gas BBQ and parking. However, please ensure you are aware that, as per the listing details, there is no kitchen area, only an electric coolbox and the BBQ. Crockery, cutlery, BBQ utensils and pans for use on the BBQ, if you do wish to cook, are also provided. Fresh food can be bought locally in the numerous local shops (Llanrwst has 2 very good butchers, bakery and a Co-op supermarket - just a 15 minute drive away). There is also a village shop selling the basics only a 10 minute stroll down the hill. Guest access There is a raised decked area with outdoor sofas and a gas BBQ that can be used during your stay. Other things to note Please do not dry wet clothes/jackets on the heater in the room. Not only is this a fire hazard/your clothes will melt onto it, it will also lock out if it does overheat as a result of being covered leaving you with no heating. I have an EV charger you are able to use on request via ZapMap. Please refrain from charging any EV in a 3 pin outdoor socket as this is a fire hazard.
