It is situated within 1 km to the Anjuna and Vagator beach on either side. It's very close to famous Restaurants, Clubs and Bars. Sunburn Festival is at a walking distance from the Apartment. The space It is an exquisite 2 BHK Poolview apartment in the heart of Anjuna. The flat has a fast wifi which is perfectly suitable if you plan to Work from Home. It is equipped with a fully functional kitchen and two well done AC bedrooms and living space. It’s the perfect way to unwind and relax in the lap of luxury. This 2 BHK apartment is fitted with 2 AC bedrooms with antique hardwood oak king beds with memory foam, one common and one attached toilet/bathroom with hot shower, a functional kitchen with fridge and induction, a flat-screen 50 inch TV, a AC seating area and 3 Poolview balconies. We have Tata Sky installed and if you need to add or drop any channels, we can customize to your request. The society has a pool, kid’s park and Gym. Note: The pool maintenance work is complete and it is fully functional. Top Goan Restaurants like Anteras, Purple Martini, Alcove, Curlies and W Goa are few minutes’ drive from our place. You can also easily cook or order food from nice restaurants and food trucks nearby. Baga Beach is 3 Km away. Clubs are not far, local markets are just walking distance and flea market is also close by. Simply beautiful place for family, group of friends and perfect place to unwind and relax. Access to beaches like Anjuna and Vagator is within a 1 km radius to the apartment. It is just opposite Oxford Arcade super market. Guest access Guests will have access to the full apartment, pool, parking area, gym, and children’s playground. Outside guests are allowed to visit but not allowed to stay without prior permission. There is a Car and Bike Parking Space, Pool, Gym and kids playground in the society and many Shops like Restaurants, Cafes, Grocery shops etc. just on the Outer side of the society. Other things to note Please contact me before booking the place for better understanding to avoid any confusion. There is space for car and bike parking in the society. There is NO lift in the society and my apartment is on first floor. Housekeeping is done once daily. Sheets and Towels are changed after alternate days on request. The helps come between 10-5 PM . After 5, they go home so if you need any assistance, kindly let us know before 5. NO GUEST WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN WITHOUT ID PROOF. All Guests must carry a copy of their government id proofs and submit it at the time of check-in. Max 5 Guests including kids allowed. No pets. We have Inverter as power back up on which only fans and lights will work. Smoking inside the apartment is not recommended but you can smoke in the balconies. We have WIFI installed which is one of the best in Goa. Overseas guests are suggested to carry your local SIM card with data. The hosts are not responsible for long power cuts due to load shedding, repair or maintenance or natural calamities. It happens rarely now in Anjuna. The electricity comes back quickly here.. You can call 1912 to get the same updates that I would get. I as a host am as helpless for things that are not in my control and have tried to make the best possible alternate arrangements like an inverter. Swimming pool Rules: Kindly read and follow swimming pool rules before use Drinks & Food not allowed at the pool Timings : 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Please read and follow the pool and Society Rules. Please dont call or get me involved in case of any penalty imposed by the society for not following the rules. **Note - If you are planning a Birthday party or Anniversary, please inform me before. Strictly No Sticking of Balloons, inviting outside guests, playing loud music or moving of the furniture. Kindly get in touch atleast 2 days prior to your arrival for the exact location & for the address, you can refer to the direction details on the listing Kindly enter the exact number of guests that will be occupying the apartment. We will entertain the number of guests that are mentioned in the reservation confirmation. If you are making a reservation for someone else. Please make sure that you let me know beforehand and that the guests staying have read and are aware of all the house rules. We have made this place with lots of love and would appreciate it if it is kept that way. I am always available either in person or on watsapp to assist my guests.
