Dear Travellers, If you want to relax from an accelerated lifestyle, Villa NaNa is a perfect choice. It is located in Valtura, a small town next to Pula. On the one hand, the feeling of the village, and on the other hand, Pula and sea are only 15 min drive. Quiet mornings and evenings with only sounds from nature, the starry sky away from city lights. Fully equipped area for 8 people (900m²), pool (40m²), wooden beach area, outdoor kitchen with grill, terraces, parking, table tennis, chess... The space This Villa is made with love. It is a result of a close family project-mum, dad, my sister and I. With a lot of work, effort, renunciation, love and communion, together we made it and now we run our family business every season more successfully. We've been self-taught from the beginning and we do everything by ourselves–from design and decoration to booking, communication, hosting, maintenance and cleaning of the property. The Villa is stone-made. It is fully equipped for 8 people and it has a big yard with a pool, outdoor fireplace, wooden beach, table tennis... It is specific because of its big deck around the pool made of the real wood to keep the warm natural feeling under your feet. Also, deck chair, benches and table are handmade wood products. Combination of stone, wood, grass and nature gives a special pleasurable feeling. It is located near Pula, in a quiet place, close to the sea. Our holiday property has 900m²- the house (160m²), pool (40m²) and wooden beach area, 3 parking places, terraces, garden area and outdoor kitchen with grill. It is fully equipped and comfortable for 8 persons. It has 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have a double bed, and one bedroom has 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms (hot and cold water, shower over bath and bathtub) and 1 toilet. There is the big airy living room, kitchen (hot and cold water, electric cooker, refrigerator, cooker hood, deep freeze, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster...) and spacious dining room with a big table. Also, there are 5 air condition units, one in each bedroom and in the living room. In natural site, our yard has an open terrace, 2 covered terraces, garden furniture, outdoor grill, table tennis, big chess field, little toboggan and 3 parking places. The location is surrounded by nature, it has a sea view from the upper balcony :). You can have a walk in the woods or by the sea, ride a bike or do workouts. We give the absolute full attention to the maintenance and cleaning of the property! For us, it has always been the top priority, next to communication with guests. Guest access You have access to all stated above and full privacy, the entire property is at your disposal. Other things to note When you arrive in the Villa, you will find the Villa NaNa booklet we have prepared for you. It contains useful information about the house, house rules and area to help you enjoy your holiday at maximum (it has our recommendations of restaurants, beaches, bars, grocery stores, landmarks). We can send you in pfd before your arrival on request. Also, the security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. On your arrival and departure, and occasionally (negotiable) we are allowed to check the property. We will be at your disposal for any inquiries!
