The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The Centrum tram stop is on the same street, 200 meters from the accommodation. We leave at your disposal: - coffee and filters, sugar, tea, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, some dishcloths, cleaning products, a vacuum cleaner, a mop, a dishcloth and a hand towel. ---Possible surcharges--- You can choose to bring your own bed sheets and bath towels or rent ours for an extra 15 euros per person. You can also choose to clean the apartment yourself before your checkout or to use our services for an extra charge of 40 euro. ---Parking--- There are paid parking spaces on the street of the accommodation, as well as three Shop & Go parking spaces a few meters away. There is free parking 1 km from the accommodation. King Square Parking. ---Garbage rules--- We leave a garbage bag at your disposal. Please do not leave it on site if you use it. Please drop off the bag at the Drop & Go point located on the dike, at the end of the ramp, a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. Instructions for opening the container are written on it. Other things to note We want to establish a relationship of trust between the tenants and us, so that we can entrust the keys to our apartment without stress. Honesty and communication are therefore paramount. Please apply these rules when booking and indicate the number of people who wish to stay and if you are bringing a pet. We are very communicative, so feel free to let us know if anything changes. Bed and bath linens are not included in the price.
