This uniquely designed apartment has been fully renovated with a modern feel in a turn of the century house. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator and has a nice view of the city from it's large windows and two small balconies. Located in one of the most fashionable areas of Budapest with city’s best bars, pubs, restaurants, museums, galleries, designer clothing boutiques, shops and historical architecture at your doorstep. The space The modern designed apartment is well equipped indeed and accommodates up to 4 people. The bathroom, kitchen and all the appliances are unique and of high quality. The apartment receives lots of lights and the windows are equipped with blackout curtains. The open plan living area has a relaxing feel with a modern atmosphere. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob with an aeration hood, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with Nespresso Aeroccino 3 milk frother (espresso capsules provided), dishwasher and huge fridge. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals sourced from fresh local produce from the amazing market next door to our building (one of the nicest markets in Budapest). The double-glazed new glass windows keep the apartment both quiet and warm in the winter and cool in the summer however air-conditioner provided. There is washing machine, iron with board, hair dryer and all bathroom essentials. The apartment contains a 55" flat screen television with local and international cable channels, Apple TV, IPAD available for use within the apartment, unlimited high speed WiFi internet with unlimited down-/upload option, SONOS multi-room sound system with internet radio (more then 20.000+ stations available plus access to countless online music providers including Spotify, Apple music, Deezer, Tidal and many more ). The high-quality bedding and large beds (160 cm) with 100% pure cotton sheets and high quality pillows to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. 100% cotton towels are provided. At your doorstep are numerous restaurants, art galleries and particular many trendy designer clothing boutiques. The apartment is within walking distance of many museums and monuments, including the newly renovated Academy of Music or the Paris Department Store which can be found on the famous Andrassy Avenue. The Alexandra Bookstore operating in the Paris Department Store won the Year's Metropolitan Bookshop prize in 2011. The former ballroom is now a coffee house, while the uppermost storey houses the Paris Gallery and Arts Salon, only "topped" by the rooftop 360 Bar. This modern, uniquely designed apartment is offered especially for friends, couples and families – baby cot is available upon request. Guest access All guest can use the entire apartment without any restrictions. Other things to note This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. To ensure a calm and peaceful environment for everyone in the building it is important to not make excessive noise especially at night. Normally check-in is after 15:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am. However early check in and late check out could be often possible – just please let me know at the time you make the booking.
