It is housed in a condominium with pool, garden and gym (adjacent to the condominium), in front of the beach of Parede. It has two bedrooms (one suite and a children's room), two balconies and is perfect for a family who wants to spend a calm and wonderful holiday in Portugal. We are a family of 6, ready to welcome you with open arms to make your vacation time more comfortable and relaxing. The space It is an apartment with modern decoration, design and comfortable. All divisions have stunning sea views. It has a suite with 28m2 with a bathroom with bathtub and a balcony; an extra room for children, with cot and two single beds, with an adjacent bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for fire hazards. There is a large living room with a beautiful balcony where you can have breakfast with a phenomenal view. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the apartment, with the possibility of also using some common spaces of the condominium such as: swimming pool, garden, lounge with internet and TV. There are also one parking space available for your exclusive use. Other things to note The gym offers about 5-10 daily classes, such as Yoga or Spinning. It also has massages and beauty care. Not included in the rental fee. We are close to beaches where you can have surf lessons or stand-up paddle. It is also near a tennis and padel club just minutes from the condo.
