Important to know: In the fall of 2026, the renovation of the street in front of the house is planned. Noise emissions may occur between September and November. Access is guaranteed at all times. The space Chalet Oltschi has a large living room with a separate kitchen. A large garden with different seating areas. From the garden you can enjoy the view over the Alps and into the mountains. On the upper floors there are 5 bedrooms and the bathroom. The TV is in the attic and not in the living room. The chalet is 1,450 meters above sea level and can be reached via a narrow mountain road. Guest access The whole property is at your disposal. Other things to note The Axalp hiking area is right at your doorstep. In winter, you can reach the nearest ski slope after 50 feet. Depending on the season, flight noise from the nearby military airfield "Meiringen" may occur during the day. The chalet can be reached via a narrow mountain road, as is common in the Alps. For drivers who are not used to such routes, this is a challenge. You have to back up temporarily to let the oncoming traffic pass.
