The apartment is on the top floor of a just renewed building in a private park with private parking, the park entrance is located 50 m from the seaside. Guest access Guests will have access to a private park with reserved parking space. The beach is just a few meters (2 minutes walk) Other things to note Guests must pay the tourist tax upon arrival as per the provisions of the Municipality of Minturno. (1,5 eur pp. /day) Additional services such as: Municipal Parking Ticket for the period, additional on-site parking must be requested in advance and will be granted for a fee based on availability.
