This is our home: serene and close to nature. Not for reunions, parties, campouts, or hotel-level use. Chic cozy cottage, sandy beach on Lake Michigan's Grand Traverse Bay, flat landscape with no steps. Unforgettable sunsets! You are super close to Elk Rapids (5 min) and Traverse City (20 min) for all the amenities. We are accessibility and eco-friendly: step-free entries, A/C mini-split units, tankless water heater, EV charger, radiant floor heat + step-free shower in 1 bathroom. The space Included are smart TV, Wi-Fi connection, Air Conditioning, ceiling fans, and washer/dryer. Main cottage has 2 bedrooms: queen bedroom, bunk room 1 full and 3 twin bunkbeds, plus 1 bath, main dining and kitchen. The guest house is adjacent to main cottage—but there is no interior door between them. Guest house has a separate front and back entry. It has 2 bedrooms: king bedroom, bunk room with 2 full and 2 twins, plus 1 bath, kitchenette, outdoor shower, patio with pergola. Accessibility features: step-free front and back doors, step-free shower, hand held shower spray with seat, and low platform bed. Guest house bedrooms each have individual mini-split A/C units. Dining room has a 10-foot reclaimed wood table. Well-stocked kitchen. Propane grill, firepit, hammock, kayaks and paddleboards. There is no dishwasher.
