The apartment is located in the upper part of the characteristic hamlet of Epinel, with its flowered bridges and the charm of the past. The capital, Cogne, is about 3 km away and can be reached in three minutes by car or with a beautiful walk along the stream. Free public parking is about 40 meters away. About 200 meters away is the shuttle bus stop (also free) that connects Epinel with Cogne and the hamlets of Cretaz, Lillaz, Valnontey and Gimillian. The space The apartment, located on the second and last floor of a well-exposed building and located in a dominant position, is very sunny and boasts a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the Pousset and the surrounding woods and peaks.
