'Stonesthrow' - 3 bedroom character-filled home

'Stonesthrow' was built during the Arts & Crafts / Art Deco periods of the early 1900's . We're just a stone's throw from Cataract Gorge and First Basin, a short walk to town, and close to all that Launceston has to offer. 'Stonesthrow' is a private residence with three generous bedrooms, one bathroom and off street parking for one car. With a well-equipped kitchen and eclectic 'mid-century modern' decor, it's a real home away from home. The space There are many walks right on your doorstep that take you to the beauty of Cataract Gorge and surrounds. Guests will have the entire house to themselves. We are the owners and hosts and some times live in the Loft behind the property. On occasion the Loft may also may be rented to a couple of holidaying guests. The Loft is a separate building but shares the driveway for access to the Loft and for parking (not the outdoor area to the house… this is for house guests only as the Loft has its own separate outdoor courtyard.) Guest access You will have access to the whole house, the courtyard at the back of the house, and driveway up to the rock garden at the back of the property. The Loft, a smaller building at the back of the property, including private garage and Loft patio, is not accessible to Stonesthrow guests. Registration Details DA0566/2019
