Centrally located, in the heart of Waikiki and less than a 10 minutes walk to the beach! Steps away from the newly built International marketplace for all your shopping needs. Grocery stores around the corner and convenience stores right across the street. There is one parking stall available for your car. Common Area: *One king-sized bed. *Queen sized sofa bed and an extra airbed mattress that could be find in the closet should you need it. *Dedicated work area & desk. *Window type AC System for your comfort. *Free Wifi throughout the unit and building. Kitchen: *Full kitchen with full size refrigerator. *Electric range cooktop *Cooking utensils & condiments. *Coffee maker. *Hot water kettle. *Microwave. *Plates, bowls & utensils. *Blender. *Rice Cooker. *Cleaning supplies *In-unit washer dryer and dish washer. Bathroom: *Bathtub. *Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. *Hair dryer. *Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths. *Beach towels. Patio: *Outdoor patio. *Tables and chairs. *Beach chairs and umbrella. This space has a large Lanai that is perfect for sunbathing, lounging of have a meal in the Hawaiian weather. The building is secure and requires a key-fob to access the elevators and enter the building. On the top of the building there is a pool, sauna, gym and BBQ area, if you would like to entertain some guests. *Please note the state requires us to mention the taxes are calculated as the following: 13.25% transient accommodation tax and 4.712% general excise tax. You'll have access to everything in the condo as well as the pool and amenity deck which is up the stairs on the Penthouse level. Should you need any help, myself or cohosts. Can be available as we both live nearby. The condo is conveniently situated in the heart of Waikiki, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. It offers a safe and well-lit environment, with the newly built International Market Place located only half a block away. You'll find a variety of restaurants and nearby spots to explore, along with convenient convenience stores for any quick supply runs you may need. This condo has a dedicated parking stall, so there's not need to worry about parking in Waikiki. The parking may seem bit tight but can fit a midsized SUV or sedan easily. Previous guests have parked, wranglers, minivans, and convertible sports cars in this space. *Notice: Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours. Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height of 78" and width of 96". While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For reference, we have attached a photo of the parking stall for your convenience.
