Welcome to sunrise on Churchill Drive. We offer a fully self contained and private apartment set on the ground floor of our home. There are vast views through to the Marine Parade, Te Mata Peak and across the city. Upon arrival you can either check yourself in with a lock box or we are happy to let you in if we are home. A continental breakfast is included in your stay We welcome children and can accommodate for infants and extra bedding. The space The unit is fully self contained, with all of the necessary things to cook a meal including a small oven, a microwave, a free standing element and on the patio is an electric barbecue. There is a private court yard with views to Te Mata Peak and across the Bay. You’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer through out your stay. There is a small fenced grass area. Guests are welcome to walk around the garden and admire the view. Guest access The laundry, washing machine and dryer is available, but will need to be requested. Other things to note There are 3 steps from the driveway to the pavers leading to your entry way.
