Everyone is welcome to enjoy our Studio Apartment located on Cherry Tree Farm in Cromwell. Fantastic for a couple, the Studio offers a Queen size bed, full bathroom and a breakfast kitchen with dining table for two. Outside you will find a patio and undercover BBQ area. Guests can discover the joys of our urban farm and say hello to the chickens. Cherry Tree Farm is a five minute drive from Cromwell township and just 40 minutes to Queenstown or Wanaka. The space This self contained Studio apartment is located within our farm and cherry orchard. It has a private entrance and off-street parking. There is a Queen size bed and comfy mattress, full bathroom, as well as a breakfast kitchen and dining table. A heat pump keeps the studio warm in winter, cool in summer. Outside there is a covered patio and BBQ area, guests are welcome to wander the gardens around the studio and say hello to our friendly chickens. This is a perfect base for your Central Otago adventure. The Studio is a five minute drive from Cromwell town centre and just 40 minutes to Queenstown or Wanaka. We love to host guests and enjoy sharing the joys of our urban farm. This is a place of relaxation and fun. Guest access Guests have full access to the property including the gardens. There is plenty of off road car parking available. Guests check in with a key available for them - making it easy to access at al hours. A laundry service is available on request - please enquire. Other things to note We have a little dog "Coco'' that lives with us. She is generally quiet unless there is a rabbit to hunt. She is very friendly but we ask that you do not feed her or let her into your room, as we don't encourage her to beg or allow her into the guest areas.
