The Sermaize gite, an old hunting lodge dating from the 16th century and tastefully renovated, is located in the heart of the countryside, in a quiet and green setting. The space You can enjoy with your family or friends a large independent house, an enclosed courtyard surrounded by the old farm buildings and a park with trees. This convivial place can receive from 8 to 14 people, according to the needs or desires of each one. . Arranged on three levels, the gite de Sermaize has a large living/dining room with a period fireplace and 5 bedrooms with a capacity of 2 to 5 people, all with a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house also has a small pantry room, with an extra fridge and freezer. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available. Outside, the well-kept grounds, with a beautiful view of the surrounding valley, allow you to enjoy your meals outside (tables, chairs and benches, a barbecue with a supply of wood, a small washbasin etc.) and relax in a deckchair in the shade of the trees. The courtyard can be closed off by a large gate and is also used as a car park. There is also a storage room for bicycles, thumbs etc. Other things to note Linen is not provided, only on request and at extra cost: Comforter cover and undersheets and pillowcases 6€ per person.
