Family vacation in the "Lütt Huus"

Our "Luett Huus" invites you to unwind with your family and enjoy nature. The 1,300 m² garden offers plenty of space to romp and play and on our 2 terraces you can enjoy the hours of sunshine undisturbed. With Lake Gartow on the doorstep, the Wendland spa, the water and adventure playground, as well as the mini-golf course and tennis courts within walking distance, young and old can relax with us and take a break from everyday life. The space Our "Luett Huus" is a wooden house in the cozy Danish style with 2 sun terraces on a 1,300 m² plot, which is almost unobstructed by the trees and shrubs. The house has recently been completely renovated and therefore has high-quality furnishings. The modern, open-plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped with: - Dishwasher - stove, oven, extractor hood, - Refrigerator / freezer, - Toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo, kettle, rice cooker and - dishes for 6 people. The parents' bedroom is very spacious and equipped with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed. In the children's room there are 2 separate cots (90 cm x 200 cm), a dresser and plenty of space to play. The newly renovated shower room with underfloor heating is next to the master bedroom and adjacent to the utility room. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room as well as sufficient storage space for suitcases, etc. The light-flooded living room has: - Corner sofa and wing chair with footstool - a cozy reading corner with a selection of books - Satellite TV with HDMI cable - modern, programmable pellet stove (including pellets) - Bluetooth speaker From the living room you can reach our 2nd sun terrace, which is equipped with an electronic awning. The over 1,300 m² natural garden is the perfect place for barbecues with family and friends, soccer games with the kids or simply to unwind in the sunshine. Due to the tree and plant population, the property is very well enclosed and offers a high level of privacy. The house including garden is available for exclusive use of our guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, nor are pets. The following things are available for you to use: - WiFi - Books and board games - Vacuum cleaner / broom / cleaning utensils - Outdoor furniture - Pellets for the oven (included in the price) - Charcoal grill - Guest folder The property includes a carport and a shelter for bicycles. Other things to note Bed linen and towels (incl. dish towels) must be brought. Electricity is calculated according to consumption per kilowatt hour and must be paid on site. A first aid kit is provided for emergencies.
