Family vacation in the "Lütt Huus"

Our "Luett Huus" invites you to unwind with the family and enjoy the nature. The over 1,300 m2 garden has enough space to romp and play and on our 2 terraces you can enjoy the hours of sunshine undisturbed. With the Gartower See in front of the door, the Wendland Therme, the water and adventure playground, as well as the mini golf course and tennis courts within walking distance, young and old can switch off at our place and take a break from everyday life. The space Our "Luett Huus" is a wooden house in the cozy Danish still with 2 sun terraces on a plot of over 1,300 m2, which is almost unintelligible due to the tree and shrub stock. The house has recently been completely renovated and therefore has a high quality equipment. The modern, open fitted kitchen is fully equipped with: - dishwasher - stove, oven, extractor hood, - fridge / freezer, - toaster, coffee maker, Tassimo, kettle, rice cooker and - Crockery for 6 people. The parents bedroom is very spacious and equipped with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed. In the children's room there are 2 separate cots (90 cm x 200 cm), a chest of drawers and enough space to play. The newly renovated shower room with underfloor heating is located next to the master bedroom and is adjacent to the utility room. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer as well as enough storage space for suitcases etc. The light-flooded living room has: - Corner sofa and armchair with footstool - a cosy reading corner with a selection of books - Sat TV with HDMI cable - modern, programmable pellet stove (incl. Pellets) - Bluetooth Speaker From the living room you can reach our 2nd sun terrace, which is equipped with an electronic awning. The over 1,300 m2 large natural garden is the perfect place for barbecue evenings with family and friends, football games with the kids or simply let your soul dangle in the sunshine. Due to the trees and plants, the property is very well enclosed and offers a high private sphere. The house incl. garden is available to our guests for sole use. Smoking in the house is not allowed, as are pets. The following things are available for you to use: - WiFi - Books and board games - Vacuum cleaner / broom / cleaning utensils - Garden furniture - Pellets for the oven (included in the price) - Charcoal grill - Guest folder The property includes a carport and a shelter for bicycles. Other things to note Bed linen and towels (incl. Dishes towels) are to be brought with you. Electricity is charged per kilowatt hour per kilowatt hour and is to be paid onsite. For the emergency, there is a first aid kit.
