Cozy Little Shotgun in Central Tampa!

Our cozy little home is a 1940's Shotgun style house with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and everything you need for a perfect stay - including fast Wifi, fuzzy towels and other hygiene essentials, and quality kitchenware and appliances. Located in the HEART OF TAMPA, we're about 5 minutes away from Tampa's best Tourism and Nightlife scene - YBOR CITY! Enjoy Historic Ybor, Downtown, Amalie Arena, Convention Center, USF, Busch Gardens and more - within a 10-15 drive! The space Our place is minimalistic, simple, yet was thoughtfully designed to have everything you could possibly need. It's tastefully decorated with unique touches and bursts of color we hope you'd love! We tried to keep the place cozy and inviting while still showing off our colorful personalities and maintaining a modern feel. This was our first home, and we had to move (2 minutes down the street, literally!) because we wanted to grow our little family! As soon as you walk in you will find our main area - which is the combined kitchen/dining/living space. The center of the space is a massive quartz countertop/bar/island - perfect for cooking and gathering! The kitchen has a full size, side-by-side fridge (and freezer), an oven and electric stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. We also provide a kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, and more! You will have pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils available to use as well. There are many large windows in the house, allowing the beautiful natural lighting to come in - especially here in Florida! Worry not, as we also have quality wooden blinds and curtains to darken the space as well. Outside you will find our simple backyard - which is fully fenced for ultimate privacy. We have beautiful shaded trees in case you wanted to hang out there and read. FOR OUR CLEAN-LOVING FOLKS - We take pride in our cleaning habits - so you will also find a plethora of cleaning supplies JUST IN CASE! Guest access Guests can use the entire space freely! There is a driveway as well as a gate available for guest use for up to 3 cars (on lot). There are also several vacant lots around the home where guests could park. The backyard is gates and guests have full access to it. Other things to note This property features a self-check in using a touch pad on the door. You will be sent the check-in information and instructions once the home is ready for you.
