This place is a perfect gateway to relax & rejuvenate with family & friends The space This is a spacious 4 bedroom villa with 2 AC Bedrooms with 3 bathrooms attached (ensuite) & each bedroom has a balcony and 2Non AC Bedroom, We have provided a wardrobe in each bedroom to keep your belongings. All the bedrooms consists of king size beds.(Extra mattresses will be provided) There is also a geyser for hot water supply in all the 4 bathrooms. Please carry own toiletries ( Soap and Towels) * A spacious living room on the ground floor is equipped with TV, sofa & a music system. There is a balcony attached facing the pool. * A fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor itself consisting of a refrigerator, basic utensils, crockery, water-purifier, etc. Heavy cooking is not allowed at the villa. * Homely food can be made available by the care taker which needs to be pre- ordered (cost should be bearable by the guests. Guest access * The villa is bounded by a private swimming pool with waterfall & a garden area with complete privacy. Guests will have access to the pool 24×7 at the duration of the stay. * There is a spacious terrace which can accommodate 15 to 20 guests for small gatherings for fun & frolic activities. Other things to note * No music is allowed at swimming pool after 9:00 PM. However, can be played indoor at a low volume. * This place is pet friendly. * Eating inside or nearby swimming pool is strictly prohibited. * Secured parking space for 3 to 4 cars is available. * No drugs or intoxicating substance may be brought into the premises. * Please switch off the lights, fans, AC units & other electrical appliances if any before leaving. Also ensure that all water taps are turned off after use. * Please keep the premises clean & make sure you leave no personal belongings. * In case of any emergency please contact the care taker immediately. * Guests are requested to lock the doors while going out. The management will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the guest's belongings. * Any loss or damage to the property shall be charged to the guest accordingly. * Guests are requested to carry their ID proofs along with them. * Please be mindful of the fact that Lonavala experiences powerful rains during monsoons which could lead to long power outages.
