We have just installed a brand new air-conditioner in the living area for the apartment. This apartment allows you easy access via your own private entry, a balcony perfect for relaxing and immediate water views beyond. Discounts available for stays of one week or more. Parking There is parking available on the driveway in front of the double garage. There is also parking on the roadside directly in front of the apartment, please do not park in front of neighbours properties. We can also accommodate a small boat/JetSki/etc on the driveway (please send a message to check space size and confirm). Easy Access / Check in Check in is easy with a key safe at the entry to the property, to which you will be sent an entry code after you have booked. Check in: any time from 3.00 pm onwards Check out: 10.00 am After you have the keys from the lock box, access is through your own private front door. This takes you into the spacious ground floor entry, with stairs to your first floor apartment on your left hand side. The Apartment has 3 Bedrooms and caters for up to 6 guests. - Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed - Bedroom 2 - 1 x Queen Bed - Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds Internet We have NBN unlimited internet here for your use and enjoyment. Also a smart TV for you to access your own Netflix or other streaming accounts. This glistening apartment is well prepared for you to simply arrive, relax and enjoy. Kitchen A newly renovated kitchen has fridge, microwave, electric oven, electric cook top, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, glassware and all other items that you may need for your visit. We provide all linen, high quality bath towels, beach towels, bath mats, tea towels etc. We also provide tea/coffee and milk, plus shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing powder, etc to get you started and make your time here as comfortable and as relaxing as possible. The apartment has an external balcony with small table and chairs, a BBQ for your use and Hammock to relax your day away whilst looking down the length of a beautiful Mooloolaba waterway. Pets We do not generally cater for pets, however, please contact us with specific requests prior to booking as can accept for longer stays and dependent on individual pets. Location Mooloolaba is renowned for its stunning beach, river, canals & waterways, cafes, restaurants, clubs and nightlife. Mooloolaba Beach is less than 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk away. If you prefer public transport there is also a bus stop close by, or for the more adventurous there are Oggy e-Scooters available at the end of the street. One of the highlights of this apartment is that you are close to Mooloolaba's highlights, but without the traffic, noise, and congestion, allowing you to enjoy all that it has to offer, then retreat to peace, solitude and quiet back at the apartment. Property This apartment is one of 2, with your apartment on the first floor. You have your own separate, private entrance and completely self contained space. There is 1 other apartment on the ground floor of the property. As with all properties, we ask that you please respect our wonderful neighbours and those on the ground floor with noise, music etc. PLEASE NOTE This is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. We cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here. The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs. For your health and protection, the apartment has been professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Guest access You have total and exclusive use of the apartment and balcony.
