Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living space, super-fast WiFi internet and a very private and comfortable en-suite room with bathroom The space This is a large en-suite room with attached bathroom in an apartment with lots of private and shared spaces, with sun decks, large bright windows, and great ventilation. The entire apartment is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, lots of green indoor plants, and beautiful wall paintings. We are taking special care during COVID-19, screening every guests with their travel history and medical conditions. In addition, we also ensure complete hotel grade cleaning after and before each guest. All our staff maintain proper medical gear. Here is what you are getting! Private Space: 1. Spacious bedroom with king-sized bed, with pillows, cushions, quilt, fresh linen and comforter. Room has a large closet, chair, reading lamps, hangers, air-condition, ceiling fan, and is tastefully decorated with wall paintings and indoor plants to make you feel at home straight away! 2. En-suite bathroom, and with amenities such as fresh bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand sanitizer, and moisturizer. Dual shower with hot water! 3. There is a hammock and chairs for you to have a cup of tea with a book. You can also use the BBQ machine (on request) in the patio. Shared Space: Please note, for the security of all guests, the shared space is under CCTV coverage. 1. A large spacious living room stylishly decorated with chairs, and sofas. There are many small corners for privacy where you can just do your own thing even if there are other guests. The space is equipped with cable channels and a 62" inch LED TV, a bookshelf with small book collection, a work corner if you must bring work home! 2. Health & Recreation space is equipped with light gym equipments and yoga mats. You can use this space for meditation, and yoga, and light work-out. (Under renovation) 3. Refrigerator, microwave, toaster and hot water pot 4. A spacious kitchen complete with all basic utensils, plates, cutleries, and cooking materials. There is a double gas burner and pans for cooking. You can also use the space for dining. There is a water filter for freshwater! 5. We have marked spaces for earthquake, fire extinguisher, and first aid box! We have a house-keeper who takes care of all house-keeping needs. There is a manager and additional support to help you with certain errands, food delivery, and guide! The apartment has lots of parking spaces and 24/7 hours of security. Guest access You have access to the entire space. Please see above for those that are shared and private/your own!
