Perfect retreat in Melbourne's quirky Yarraville

Modern bedroom in funky Yarraville! 2 story townhouse with 2 of the friendliest pooches you'll ever meet! Located just a short stroll from the iconic Yarraville Village, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes and the famous Sun Theatre. Public transport (bus) at the door step or 10 minute walk to the Yarraville Train Station. Visitor parking also available if you will be bringing your car with you. The space One private room in modern townhouse. Room includes double bed, small couch, wardrobe storage, desk and TV (no antenna) with Apple TV including Netflix. We also have 100MB internet (really fast!!), which you will also have access to. Bedroom is sun filled and has heating, cooling and full length roller blinds for your privacy. Guest access You have access to a shared bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and large mirror. There is also a second toilet and vanity mirror downstairs. We do get ready for work between 6:30 & 7:30am so the main bathroom will be occupied between these times on weekdays. We have washer/dryer and fridge available to use down stairs. All other kitchen appliances are not available for use. We have two open outdoor areas which you are welcome to lounge in one of the chairs or sit at the outdoor setting. Smoking is permitted outside only with the doors closed. During your stay We love chatting with our guests and can recommend plenty to do in the area, but will also respect your space. Chris works from home and doesn't have much time for a chat between 8:00am & 6:00pm. Our doggies are super friendly and will make every attempt to follow you around and give you a kiss (if you'll let them!!). We keep them in a gated area down stairs and can be avoided if you wish. Other things to note We can sleep an aditional 2 adults, with a really comfy, queen fold out bed in an open living area upstairs. Additional $45 per night for 1-2 people. Message to check extra space is available when you wish to stay. Noise to be kept to a minimum between 9:30pm - 6:30am. The space is for registered guests only (sorry no visitors).
